Hello,

We are receiving order shipping labels in ZPL format into a table from our customer and we are creating labels on our side using BarTender. The labels that we create need to be printed along with the correct order shipping label.

We created a database integration, which creates PDFs into a local folder, a C# program converts those PDFs to ZPL format and then it sends both the order shipping label and our bartender label to the printer. This works as expected, but the creation of the PDF files in Bartender is taking up to 15 seconds to create, which is too long. Does anyone have any other ideas on how to accomplish this or does anyone know how we can speed up the creation of the PDFs in Bartender?

  Why create the file as a PDF? Why not use the C# program to send the ZPL file to the printer and create an Trigger File with the data for the shipping label and use an Integration that opens and prints the BarTender label too using the data from within the Trigger File as the database?
