Input production date in BarTender forms and save it on SQL server

Hello Support team, 

I can set up the BarTender template to link our database to the SQL server and create a form for the users to input the production date for product label printing. 

Can the production date be saved into the table in the SQL server through BraTender?

  You may be able to achieve this from the Actions menu item
