Hi. We have 2 Toshiba EP4DL printers set up to print from Bartender to Ritescan on a server, If I set the sensors up in Bartender to reflective, they will be ok for a day or two, then the sensor will revert to none, how do I make this setting permanent?

  I wouldn't normally expect the sensor settings to change by itself so you may want to make sure that none of your label formats have the transmissive/gap sense enabled in them or else that nothing is default the units

  I have now found the printer defaults and set the main driver, the defaults in the main driver and bartender all the same, do you think that will fix it?

  Hopefully but if any of the labels have been previously saved with the settings changed to gap/transmissive then the issue could return
