With 2208 R8 the Page Setup Wizard is missing Predefined stock category Zebra.

The New Document Page Setup Wizard in Bartender 2022 R8 is missing Predefined Stock Category Zebra.  I had to disable New Document Wizard on open and then proceed to select new document.  I can then navigate to the File-> Page Setup-> Predefined Stocks tab to select the Category Zebra.

  You could try running a repair on your BarTender install to see if that makes them available.
