Error Print via Bartender PT. Trakindo Utama - BTP-1-3Y

Need your help for below problem.

Our customer PT. Trakindo Utama used BTP-1-3Y.

1. Now they have problem can’t print because have error message like below.
2. In Bartender Administration Console at Printer Usage tab, there only use one printer (same printer), and when I try to print a label error message come like above.
3. At Printer Usage tab in Bartender Administration Console
4. And here the other alert at Licensing
