Can't install Drivers

I recently updated another printers label software and for some reason it changed the print driver back to a Zebra driver on our BarTender software.  We currently can't print any RFID labels due to this.  I uninstalled the Seagull driver with the intention of reinstalling and to ensure we had the most recent version.  When I try to reinstall it isn't picking up the USB Zerbra ZD621R it just keeps searching.  How can I get the drivers to install and get it back on the software so we can print the RFID labels??  We have orders going out today, so it is very important that I get this going.

  Unless you have restricted rights, you should be able to install the Seagull driver. I would suggest installing it connected to a different port or to FILE to start off with and once it is installed adjust it so that it is on the same port as the ZDesigner driver. At print time you should then be able to select which driver to use
