document preview failed

hello,

i have problem ,there is error when try to preview the document, 

and in test mode, can't finish the print action,

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

  This could possibly be permissions issues as you are trying to access networked resources (the label) as Integration Builder inherits its rights and permissions for the "user account" that runs the BarTender Print Scheduler service by default and in a lot of instances that account will not have rights to access the network. Try adjusting the service to use a different user account that has these rights and see if that sorts this.
