license activation problem

Good morning I have a purchased license of the bartender 2022 software and it is listed as expired, when I try to activate it it says that it is already activated on an equipment that is the same. How do I activate this license on the same definitive equipment because it keeps giving this problem. I wanted to know if there is a way to put it on a server or how do I clean this license on the equipment to put it definitive?

  Had the exact same issue onsite earlier today going from a Trial version (deactivated) to a full Workstation edition. 

  Try running a repair on the install from the Control Panel>(Devices &) Programs option and then check if it has worked/connected or if you can then activate it. If still no good then use the Submit a Request link above and ask Support if they can deactivate, then run the repair again and then try activating (that is what I had to do thanks to their suggestion)
