Print sequence
Hello, I am about to start implementing bartender on the floor. we have basic processes. We will scan or enter 4-5 boxes on 1 of several forms. Below I show my scan process from an open form:
CTRL R--Scan/enter Data--press enter--template displays--CTRL P--takes me back to template--I have to re-enter data--Press enter again and it prints.
Why do I need to re-enter?? I also notice some forms in the CTRL R screen say print, while others say preview?? What did I do wrong? Im not IT and our IT is not reliable so Im needing some guidance. I attached screen shot below that has preview. I thought it should be CTRL r--Enter data-- Ctrl P--number of labels--enter--done

It sounds like you need to enable/tick a couple of boxes.
In the Properties of each Data Entry box, click on the Data Entry option in the left and enable the "Remember value...." option
On the File Print screen click on the Options tab half way down the screen and then enable to the Repeat Data Entry option and see how those work for you.
