Settings disapear when switching printers

Good afternoon,

We are experiencing settings disapearing when we are changing printers from 1 pc. Currently we have 2 desktops with Bartender 2022 R8 running.

 

We have 2 QL-120 network printers wich we can switch to >

But when we designed a label configured to printer 1 and we would like to print it on printer 2 all the settings of the label is disapeared. Things like Label format are on "Custom".

Color Adjustment is suddenly "Application Managed", instead of "Automatic: Relative Colorimetric"

And Cutter is disabled

We have to do this everytime when we change printers. How can we fix this?

  One thing you could try is to make sure the printer drivers of both are identically configured with the settings you want to use.

  Try setting the default printer settings in Windows (Settings -> Devices and Printers -> Printing Preferences) for both printers- generally BarTender will pick up those settings when a new printer is selected.
