Cannot see gap/pitch section

Hi all,

I cannot see the gap / pitch section in my Bartender Software. I am using Bartender Designer 2021 R7 Pro edition version 11.2/172970. I am printing with a Zebra ZT421.

I am normally printing continuous labels, but now working with some barcode labels with a gap.

Below the section I would like to see but currently doesn't show up in my software.

  This isnt set in the Page Setup but in the File>Print>Document Properties>Stock and the Media Type dropdown menu

  I cannot find the gap / pitch distance in that setting either. Or should it use a sensor to see it automatically?

  The printer will pick it up automatically with this setting enabled.

  If you need to switch back to using your continuous labels you will need to adjust the sensor setting in these to continuous as they will probably be configured to us the current printer settings as default and so once you have sent the label with the sensor enabled, the printer will continue to look for the gap until you tell it not to.
