Is BarTender able to support the following scenario?

1. The label design is created and approved so that base changes cannot be made

2. A user selects a number of rows to print from a linked excel spreadsheet and creates a 'print job/request'. This user does not have physical access to the printer - it could be in a different country

3. A second user selects the job and prints to their local printer.

4. Steps 2 and 3 are repeated with different row selections at a later date.

  Have you looked at Process Builder to see if that can do what you require (this replaced Batch Maker used in earlier versions)?
