Label Alignment

Hi,

 

I am having issues with lining up our label printer to print on 20x5mm size label.

 

Previously got it working with 60x40mm and 40x20mm labels with no alignment issues, but for these smaller ones, having no success in getting it right.

 

Are there any extra options in the BarTender software I can try to get better alignment?

 

 Printer is brother TD-4T with update to date software.

  I would go back a step and make sure the printer registers the label size first. If you cycle the power, does it feed the labels correctly afterwards? If so then recheck by sending a BarTender label to it.
