Printer printed more labels than were in my spreadsheet

I had been testing the printing of a spreadsheet with 100 rows in it. For these, the printer (PC45t) would print 50 rows x 2 columns. That was correct. I created a new spreadsheet with only two rows, clicked on the database icon, and pointed to the new file. So, the printer SHOULD have printed 1 row of 2 labels. However, it still spat out 50 rows, although only the first row actually had my 2 labels printed on it. The other 49 rows were blank. Why did the printer spit out the extra 49 blank rows, rather than just the 1 row of 2 labels?

  I am guessing you may have used the same label and just edited the spreadsheet in which case the issue if probably the record selection on the File>Print screen

  Hi, Peter. I actually created a new file based off the old one, but with most of the rows deleted--it did have a new name, though. However, later, I did notice what you're talking about and did deselect all the extra empty rows. I was surprised at all the extra rows and don't know why they would be there, but at least I was able to have the printer spit out only two rows without all the blank ones.
