PDF print

I am trying to print a specific template as PDF using the in-built "PDF" function, but the software just keeps crashing without completing the export. Do you have any guide for troubleshooting or setting up this process?

Could the page size (based on printer settings from zebra gkd420d) create issues? The exported pdf will of course need to have correct page size settings according to the intended printer, so exporting an A4 page in an A4 template will not resolve the issue.

  That shouldn't be a problem and it sounds like there is an issue with your system. You could try running a repair on the installer and see if that fixes things.
