Problem With Multi-Label Batch Printing

Hi,

 

We are currently using Bartender version 10 to print two labels. One 1 1/2" x 8" for our file reference number and the other is 4" x 8" for folder info. Both are setup to print from separate printers and both reads from the same CSV file, although different fields on each label. The problem we have been running into is that after loading our batch file and choosing which record to print, the reference label would print the records we want but the file label would only print one label and not one that we chose. We haven't been able to figure out what is going on since printing separately works fine.

  I guess you'll need to send us the relevant files in order to let us figure it out.  If you don't wish to do that in public then email tech-support for your region.

  We would need the BarTender document files, the batch file, and the data file.  I would guess that you missed something in Batch Maker.
