Only Printing Partial Labels

I have a user that is using bartender 9.0 and using a datamax prodigy 203dpi printer.  when she prints it only prints out partial labels.  I have made sure she is using the correct drivers for her printer.  any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

  I supposed it would help if you show us what is supposed to be printing, so that we may compare.

   

  I suggest that you perform a factory default reset on the printer just in case it has a glitch of some kind.  If you still have problems download the latest driver from our website, do a full removal of the currently installed driver using the Seagull DriverWizard, reboot and then install using that latest version.
