No Document In Web Print Server

There are no BarTender documents located in the specified resource folder.
I have installed the BarTender 10.0SR3 on WIN7 32bit. When I open the home page. It gives "There are no BarTender documents located in the specified resource folder". I am sure that there are some sample file in the c:\inetpub\wwwroot\BT-WPS\Resources. Is there any setting should be done?

  Open the "Site Administration" website and double check if the "Resources" folder under the "General Tab" is correctly being specified.
  "http://localhost/BT-WPS/btadmin.aspx"
  
  Also, if you rename the "Resources" folder to "Resourcesold", then create "Resources" folder again and just paste some .btw BarTender documents in it, does BT-WPS now display these documents?
  
  Finally, if you open IIS configuration, do you perhaps have more than one BT-WPS site?
