128 Barcode Serialization Issue

I've created a bartender label for our pallet tags that need to read "M12345" and continue to increase by one.. if I print one copy it will print this tag... If i attempt to print multiple pallet labels it then starts printing "N", "O", "P",  with no numbers only the letter.  and I don't want the letter "M" to change... I want the letter M on every pallet tag and just the numbers to increase.

  Create two data sources.  The first for the letter M, the second for the number that you then set to increment as a numeric.
