Tag Serialization Problem

Hello.

I have a problem with the software when trying to serialize the number of labels per batch, my database links perfectly and returns the necessary information but, the serial number of the required labels only shows 0. It does not follow a consecutive.

Can anyone help me with the configuration?

What should be done?

  Have you enabled serialisation in the field (as per the image below)?

  

  You also now need to enter the number of labels using the Serial Numbers box on the File>Print screen
