Qr Code Printing With Wrong Text

Hello,

 

I have created the QR code which contains the date and time of printer. The printing is running in two columns with the same data. One column is printed well - with the same data in QR and the same data in text under QR code.

 

The second column is printed with mistake in the text (the data remains the same, the QR code contains the right values).

 

 I am using:

Bartender 10.0

Datamax M 4206 MII 

 

Please what is the reason?

  Hello, 

   

  Please let me know what build number (or service pack) of BarTender v10.0 you're running. Find this out via the "Help > About" dialog in BarTender.

   

  Furthermore, open the properties for the bar code object, select the "Symbology and Size" node on the left, and click the "Print Method..." button on the right. Choose to have the bar code to be controlled by the printer and the human readable to be controlled by BarTender. Does this bring any difference at print time?

   

  If not, please attach a print file (.prn) which demonstrates this problem for us to examine (using the "More Reply Options" button). This print file can be obtained via the "File > Print" dialog in BarTender, enable the "Print to file" checkbox and click the "Print" button. 

   

  Also, make sure that for the 2 printer clock sources you've created you set the "Printer Click Options..." to "Always Abort Print Job" if Printer clock is not available.
