Is it possible for Bartender to convert Labelview label layouts to Bartender label layout?

  Unfortunately not. Labelview labels are in a proprietary format, and we do not have the ability to convert them into BarTender files.
  
  You can use the 'background image' capability of BarTender to make the label design a little easier, however. If you export the label from Labelview as an image, you can bring that image into BarTender as a Template Image (From File>Page Setup>Background) then just create the appropriate objects on top of the objects shown in the template image.
