Com Class Factory Fail

Dear Sir,

           Does anyone see the error message "COM Class Factory HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))" 

when we develop web program  using VS. Any solution can fix this problem. thanks a lot.

  Which edition of BarTender are you running?  It needs to be activated as the Automation edition or higher.  If running as the Trial edition it needs to be within the 30 day trial period.  Check via the "Help>About" menu item in BarTender.
