System.exception: Automation Error

Hi,
I saw a few similar topics but in fact no one reffered to my case. I never had so far any issue with automation between Exact Globe and Bartender but this time I've challenge.

When I try to trigger the Bartender from Exact Globe, I recieve the following error:

Does anyone has some idea?

  I don't think we can do much just with this Automation exception message. We would need to take a look at the source code which is responsible for initiating the BarTender engine, for opening the BarTender documents, for assigning variable data, initiating the print job...

   

  We would also need to have a copy of the BT document, the database file, the exact Edition, version and build in use...
