License Server 10.0 (3 Printers) And 10.1 (3 Printers)

Currently we have SLS 10.0 installed with a 3 printer license. We added another printer so I purchased another copy but the version is 10.1 (3 printers). I just upgrade the SLS to 10.1 but only 3 printer license is showing when I was hoping for all 6 to be available. How can I correct this?

  When you have 2 automation licenses, you can run 2 license servers on separate computer, and each license server allows 3(licensed) printers to print.

  When you change license server port (License Server's Tool > General options > Network) and specify License Server from BarTender client (BarTender > Administer > Licensing setup), you can run 2 license servers in the same network, however that is not simple to manage.

  There's no "combine" function in license server.

  I recommend to consult to the reseller you have purchased the license with what you actually intended to (such as 5 / 10 printers with one License Server etc), or contact to regional Seagull office.
