Failed To Install Printer 'tsc Ttp-245C' Using Seagull Driver Wizard

    What type of port did you choose for the connection? "Standard TCP/IP port"?

     

    Also, are all Seagull printer drivers installed on this PC of the same version? If not, then use the "DriverWizard.exe" to remove all existing Seagull drivers on this computer, download the latest 7.3.3. drivers from our website, unzip the new driver files, launch DriverWizard.exe again, and use it to install the latest 7.3.3 drivers. As the port, choose to create a "Standard TCP/IP" port.

     

    If the installation process still fails, please make a log of the printer driver installation and get in contact with our support at:

    In order to enable logging, you will need to open the Windows registry and add the following DWORD value:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Seagull Scientific\DriverWizard\DiagnosticMode

    Set the value to 1.

    Yes, I was using a "Standard TCP/IP Port".

     

    I downloaded the latest DriverWizard.exe (version 7.3.3)

    I ran the Wizard to remove all Seagull Drivers

    I than successful ran the DriverWizard.exe to install the TSC TTP-245C printer Driver.

     

    Thank you for the feed back.

     

    Printer is now working as expected using the Ethernet connection.
