When the install media is lost is there still a way to rerieve the pkc?

  What edition do you have?  Is the software still activated?

  Our customers version is 9.01 and activated, I would also like to know if there's a way in Bartender 10 when activated.

  Both 9.01 and 10.0 of BarTender will show a Support or Serial number under Help->About within the BarTender client if the client is currently activated, these numbers can be used by our technical support teams to pull up the information on that install of the software and can provide the product key to the end user, I would recommend that they contact support via e-mail or phone in their region as they will not want to post their support or serial number on the forums.
