I have a new install of BarTender 10.0 SR3 on Windows 2008 R2.  When trying to access the shortcut to the created website, I get the following error:

Website is currently configured with .NET Framework version 2.0.50727.4

BarTender is installed.  The trial period has not expired, as the installation has been activated.  We are running the Enterprise Automation edition.

When I try to open the Security Center, I see SecurityCenter.exe & 2 instances of dllhost.exe open in the task manager, and they disappear a few seconds later.  No application opens that I am aware of.

The IIS_WEBPRINT user appears to have successfully created.

I've given full permissions to all users to the C:\inetpub\wwwroot\BT-WPS directory, with the same resultant error message.

I've tried completely uninstalling BarTender, and reinstalling to no avail.

Any ideas on what I need to do to get this working?
