Cannot Open The Admin Page
I got this message when I open the admin page
[code]Error reading configuration information from the registry.[/code]
Also I had use the aspnet_setreg to setup the permission, but it still cannot let me read the registy
Environment: Windows 2008r2 64Bit
Web Print Server Version: 9.4 SR3
Bartender: Purchased and waiting for shipping, 26days left
I had tried:
1. Set Network Service Permission to "Read" in Regdt32.exe
2. Set the IIS_WEBPOOL to Classic
3. Ran aspnet_setreg
4. Enable 32bit application

Hello,
Make sure that both the Network Service and the account under which BT-WPS runs (normally IIS_WEBPRINT) has full permissions over the following Windows folder: "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\BT-WPS"
and as well over the following Windows registry folders:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Seagull Scientific
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Seagull Scientific
