Reprint Console Not Finding Files

I am having an issue where reprint console will not show a preview due to the error shown below. I have made sure my installation is good. I am running 10.1 SR4 Automation Edition and connecting to a remote SQL server. My logon credentials are correct in my system service I have already checked that. I just can't figure this one out. Anyone?

  What are your settings in the Log Setup dialog in BarTender? The last one saves the image to the BarTender System Database.

  I am not saving an image in the SQL database in an effort to try and save space on the server.

  No matter what combination I try with the log setup it will not generate a preview and I cannot reprint. I either get the error of the file wasn't found as stated above or I get the error "An unexpected response was received from BarTender." I have uninstalled and reinstalled BarTender to no avail. What am I missing here??????? Anyone?????
