Cmdr.exe Has Encountered A Problem

Using Bartender 10.0.SR4, Edition Automation.  On one workstation we've installed Bartender and Commander.  On this one workstation when I try to run Commander I get the message 'Cmdr.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close . . . '

 

Suggestions?
