Sato Printer To Offline When Printing Labels With Rfid

Hey

I am using Bartender Automation ver. 10.0.SR4, OS win 8 and SATO CL608e RFID, labels from OMNI-ID (IQ400)

 

When I want to print labels, I am experience trouble when I pick RFID EPC gen 2.

Normal labels with barcode from database print normal, but when I admit an RFID and pick database the printer is going to “offline” after print command.

Anybody who has had same trouble? And how did you fix this?

 

The printer has the latest firmware and is connected by network.

Test printing from windows went OK. I can find my printer by using “All-in-One” tools and “AdminManager” from SATO. Port (IP) to printer is the same and I have installed SEAGULL driver for SATO CL608e UHF.

Licens server is on my PC.

  Does the problem only appear when an RFID object is in use and when sourcing the variable data from a database?

   

  If yes, would it be possible to send us the simplest BT document (.btw) you can create which reproduces this problem, the simplest database text file and also a print file which demonstrates the issue? In order to obtain a print file, access the "File > Print" dialog, enable the "Print to File" option and click on "Print". This is for diagnosing purposes.

   

  What version of the Seagull drivers have you installed for this Sato printer, is it the latest 7.3.3?

  The problem only obtains when I add a RFID, with only Barcode there i no problem.

  Yes I am using the 7.3.3 version
