Print Result Depending On Another Field
Hello,
I'm creating a label that will be used by 2 different site. When packed at Site A it needs to print that sites address and the same for Site B.
Thats all sorted, on the data entry I've used radio buttons for each site and on the list items within properties I've got Site A in the Display Text column and in the Data Source Value its got the full address. This works and I don't have a problem with it.
Each site also has its own packing code which also needs printing. Is there a way I can populate this field based on the results on the radio button result at time of printing?
For example
When they tick Site 1 it prints the address of Site 1 in the address box and Site 1's packing code in the packers code box.

What you are looking for can certainly be done, you only need to "name" the data source being populated by the Radio Button, create two different text objects with the different packers code, and conditionally print them depending on the data received on that named data source.
Attached you'll find a very simple example on how this would be done (requires at least v10.1 Automation to benefit from the advanced conditional printing. If you've got an older version or lower edition you would need to build the same behavior through a VB script).
