Saving Label Templates

We've been having trouble saving settings in a label design templates, particularly in the Page Setup; Page and Layout tabs.  The Page size and the Set manually checkboxes will not save.  This is frustrating, since there are a lot of templates to update and save.  Please help.

  Can you send a screen shot of what your are trying to set in these dialogs?  Do you get any error messages come up, or does it just not retain what you set?  Perhaps another screen shot of what you see when you go back into the dialog would be helpful.  Lastly, what printer driver are you using with this BarTender document?
