Error 4402 Sls

Greeting!  I'm using Win7 32bit Enterprise with Bartender 7.51.  Our XP machines can talk to our SLS just fine, but the Win7 machines can't.  I've verified that the computer can talk to the server via network ping, but the SLS wont communicate through Bartender.  I've turned off IPv6 with no luck.  Seeking some advice.  Thanks in advance!

  BarTender 7.51 is not compatible with Windows 7, so issues like this are very likely, and unfortunately there isn't anything that we could really suggest to assist you on this other than to upgrade to a version that is supported by the OS you're using.
