  Hi Charles,
  You need to install BarTender to use 9.4 ActiveX Automation.
  (There's no separate runtime DLL for ActiveX Automation, you need to install BarTender application and activated by Automation License.)
  
  Besides, when you create your application run BarTender ActiveX by Visual Studio (VB.net or C#), you'll find "Interop.BarTender.dll" within bin folder along with your complied exe file. You need to deploy this "Interop.BarTender.dll" file with the same folder as the exe file.
