Issue With New Intermec Pm43 Printing From Bartender
Hello BarTender Forum,
I have an issue with a new Intermec PM43. After calibrating the label the intermec appears to have all the correct gap settings and label dimensions.
But when printing a barcode that's 20x30mm every label prints with only the top 4mm of each label containing the bar code number the bars. Adjusting the vertical positioning and every other option I can find only appears to slightly alter the position of the barcode. I wondering if it is a driver issue with the PM43 drivers I downloaded from the Seagull Scientific website. The Intermec 4300e and a zebra have no issues printing the exact same barcode created within bartender.
Would really appreciate some ideas. Should I download and install the drivers direct from the Intermec website?

It may be something to do with the command language.
But I have selected Direct Protocol on the Intermec LCD panel

Is there any resolution to this issue? I am having an issue with a PM43 also. When I submit a print job to this printer it totally locks up the integration. Then it will not print any other labels. I have to stop the integration and either delete the offending label or rename it. Then the newer print jobs going to other printers will print out. I have updated the firmware, driver and changed the protocol to Direct Protocol. The strange thing is that it will print to this printer just fine from my dev (trial version of Bartender) server.
