Bartender System Service Not Installed

I installed BarTender Suite v10.1 Enterprise Automation and the BarTender system service did not get created.  Cannot locate an option in the Administration to install the service or instructions in the help documentation.

  I do have the same issue with the latest ver i don't see "BarTender System Service" under services
