No License Management Tab

We installed Bartender 8.0 on a few workstations because it is old enough to work with our software, and new enough that it actually works with Windows 7. On 2 of the 3 workstations, we had no issue. I installed, pointed it to the license server, and it activated. On one workstation, the license management tab in the general options is missing. I have found no clues on how to get that tab to show up. Has anyone encountered this, and what would be possible causes?

  If you don't see the license management tab, that means that the software's not activated. Go into help>activate this software, then put in the PKC.
