Print Manager Locks Up

Ive been using LV2000 since it came out but recently upgraded to LV 20/20 so I could run it on Windows 7. Installation to my laptop wasn't a problem.Problem started when I tried to load a Zebra 105SL print driver but my laptop doesn't have either parallel or serial port. Its not an issue to me as I only print to a file and import this file into my ERP software. Now when I open Print Manager it starts up, then says Not Responding and I have to close it. Is there some way to work around this???

  I'm a bit lost with your question.

   

  Do you use BarTender at all? If yes, then please supply me with the Edition, Version and Build of BarTender for me to examine.

   

  What is LV 20/20 exactly? Is that your ERP system?

   

  If you're just using the printer driver and not BarTender, please notice that the "Print to File" feature is just used for diagnosing possible print issues, not for what you're intending to do.
