Error 1401 wont reset after 7day

Says "unable to print get 1401 trying to print to a different printer will reset after 7 days".

Only one printer attached to a laptop, hasn't reset after 14 days.

Software shows license active.

  Błąd 1401 licencja wykupiona nie można drukować etykiet. System Windows sam zmienił drukarkę na Hp . Nie mogę drukować.
