Filling CheckBoxes at print
I'm using Bartender 2022 Pro and I'm in the process of designing a badge for Forklift certified users at our company.
I have 3 checkboxes on my template and need to be able to select which ones need to be checked on the card at print time.
Employee information is coming from SQL database, but the Certification Date and checkboxes need to be chosen individually when the card is printed.
I can't figure out how to link a checkbox to an entry in the data entry form.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure how you have set up your label but you could do something like this:
- Add a field off to the side of the label that doesn't print but will be linked to the Data Entry Form input. Give this field a "Name". In my images I have left the field on the label so you can see the value and have called it TheEntry
- For the check boxes create and edit the Print When settings so that they only print when a particular option is selected
- On the entry form I configured TheEntry to be linked to a Radio Button list
At print time you will get something like this
