Mirroring the label

Hello, I just have a technical question. I have a CAB xc4/300 label printer and I'm unable to set it to mirror the labels during printing in its settings. In the settings of my previous printer (CAB SQUIX 4/300), there was an option for mirroring, but I can't click on it for this one as it's grayed out. I tried on another PC where I could click on it, but it ended up duplicating the label text and printed one half mirrored and the other half in its original state. Where could the problem be?

  Having a greyed-out option for mirroring can indicate an issue with the printer driver. We would recommend using our Drivers by Seagull™ printer drivers, as they can perhaps make this option available to you. If this doesn't help, you might need to reach CAB support directly, to make sure this printer model has this option available when printing.
