Print Station 2016 Administrative Setup - can this be disabled through Windows group policy?

I want to be able to disable Adminstrative Setup in Print Station 2016 through Windows group policy. It is currently password protected but this is not secure enough so on one particular machine I want to completely disable access to this function. I do not have the adminstrator console installed on the server.

  I no longer have access to 2016 and cant remember if this was an option in Security Centre in that version, but only for certain editions of BarTender but now is in Admin Console and if you enable security then you can deny access to the admin area for specific users or groups.
