Printer Name Change

Hello,

I was reading about this in the KB, but I am still a bit confused on if my setup will put me in a scenario where I exceed license limit.

 

I moved a network shared printer to a new location and want to update the name to match the location for consistency.

 

In my printer usage they are setup like so, all I want to do is change the share name essentially it would still be on the same server. Would this count as a new printer?

Printer Location, Printer Port

servername, \\servername\Datamax Finishing

servername, \\servername\SATO CL4NX

  Unfortunately, changes such as share name would count towards a new printer; however, depending on your version and configuration, our software has measures in place to give you extra printers for a grace period.
