Generate a file (excel) after printing the label

How can I create a file and store records of each label printed with all of the label field data?

  The simplest way is use the Administer>Log File Setup option and log the data to a Text/CSV file that you could then open in Excel. If not you would use to use an Action with either a Write File command or else Update Database option
