Printing counts don't match

Hello Bartender Community!  First time poster here.

I have a very simple label design that consists of a single code128 that gets its data from an excel sheet.  Upon printing, it grabs the quantity to print from the same line of the excel sheet (on a 8.5x11 30 label).

Print preview shows all pages to print, and they print in order.  However, when it does print, it seems to collate and print 16 of the 21 pages.  Printing to a PDF gives me the correct result, but any actual printer (HP, Konica & brother) it does not give me the expected result.

Any ideas?

Item Count = 630 labels total.  30 labels per page, results in 630/30 = 21 pages.  I get 16 pages and it seems to collate.  I'll get a full page of the first sku, then a full page of the second sku and so on.

  That does sound odd Mike.

  If the Preview and PDF printing are correct it sounds like it could be a setting in the driver that is causing this and so I would suggest you checking through the printer properties and preferences to make sure there is nothing in there that could be causing it, like a collate tick box or similar.
