Integration : cloud storage error

Hi,

When clicking on 'Add location' in Integration Builder / File integration, the following error occurs :

"There was an error while attempting to retrieve the accounts from the Storage Service."

My need is to retrieve a json file stored on a SFTP server.

  Additional information : BarTender Integration service is running (after my PC reboot) but the Admin console indicates that it is not running :

  This is just after a fresh installation of BarTender 2022.
