Integration Builder, File Integration, Folder to Scan

In the folder to scan, if I set the Folder to Scan with a variable, C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Downloads, can I expect for the integration to scan for any user that may be logged into the computer?  In my testing this does not seem to be the case.

  No you need to specify the path to the folder in full
