Printing/Setup trouble

Recently got an IDPrt S410 thermal printer.

I Installed the Seagull driver and also installed Bartender.

I have been trying to just print a simple label on a 2x1 format.  It looks like the text is printing only at the bottom of the label.  I have been trying so many different things and nothing seems to change or help.

  Printing offset and alignment issues are usually linked to improper page setups or the printer not being calibrated. I would suggest reviewing our articles on these subjects and following the suggested action plans in order to solve this issue:
  
  

  • Incorrect page setup
  • Printer is not calibrated or loses calibration
